Our villa consists of 3 floors with total of 6 apartments. There are three single-bedroom apartments, containing one bedroom and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 people. There are also two luxury double-bedroom apartments containing two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 people. Our luxury triple-bedroom apartment contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Villa Rozana is situated near Split, a stunning city full of ancient masterpieces (one of which is the former summer palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletianus), and near Trogir, a beautiful seaside town built by the ancient Greeks over two thousand years ago. Both towns are protected by UNESCO. Your hosts are kind people with more than 20 years of experience in tourism, available on your request 24/7.

This is your perfect jumping point to famous Croatian islands, ideally situated near the fabulous, energetic city of Split and the more mellow, yet equally gorgeous, seaside town of Trogir. There are many exciting day trips on which to embark from the area, while you can park your vehicles securely on-site. In case you're arriving from any of the major European cities, you will find direct flights to Split Airport, which is only 8km away. You can spend days visiting famous sightseeing locations on the islands as well as on the coastline, such as national parks Krka, Kornati islands, Mljet or Plitvice Lakes. In the end, why not to take a trip to the south and explore the world-famous city of Dubrovnik. And yes,... did we mention you can have a private boat berth on your disposal as well?

Villa Rozana is a luxury waterfront villa (5 m from the sea) with a beautiful beach and crystal clear sea, located in Croatia, heart of Adriatic coast, in the town called Seget Vranjica (quiet getaway place with spectacular nature). It was built far away from any traffic noise, providing a peaceful and picturesque vacation.

During the day you can find a bustling open fish market, and a farmers' market offering organically-grown vegetables, fresh meat, local cheese, and all this within 200 m.
