ABOUT THIS ROOM

This luxury apartment is located on the middle floor. There is a huge open space that connects a living room, dining room, kitchen and a large private terrace into a unique sun-bathed experience with spectacular sea views. There is a large retractable sofa and a smart TV in the living room, while you can use the glass dining table in the dining room. There are three bedrooms in total. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, while the third bedroom has got a twinbed. One room has got its own private balcony with the sea view and a walk-in bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bathrooms are located right by the other two bedrooms and there is a walk-in shower in one bathroom and bathtub in other bathroom.There is a fully-equipped modern kitchen with various dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, oven, glass-ceramic electric and gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and an electric kettle. There is a washing machine in one bathroom, iron and an ironing table. Two bedrooms and a living room have their air-conditioning systems. Guests have a private parking place at their disposal. All guests of the villa can use the traditional outdoor kitchen with the stone BBQ in the backyard.

CHECK-IN:

from 2pm to 8pm (if you plan to come after 8pm, it's necessary to announce a late arrival)

CHECK-OUT:

until 10am

GENERAL RULES:

Requests and reservations are recieved via email, electronic messaging systems or by phone. At the time of your check-in, you will be asked to show your passports or IDs, in order for hosts to register your stay. Your personal data is used only within our reservation systems. Personal documents will be returned the very same day. During your stay, please take care of your personal belongings and valuables left in the apartments. The owner is not responsible for their eventual disappearance.

PAYMENT RULES:

Sojourn tax (tourist tax) is included in the price. Water and electricity cost is included in the price. The price of the accommodation is expressed in Euros. In order to reserve the accommodation, it is necessary to pay an advance in the amount of 25% of the total amount of accommodation in EUR. The rest of the amount - 75% - is payable on the day of arrival in cash in Euros. The exchange rate is calculated on the exchange rate list of the CNB (HNB) on the day of payment.

CANCELLATION RULES:

Cancellation of reservation: in the event that the customer wants to cancel the reservation without any compensation made on his / her request, he / she must do so in writing (e-mail) no later than 30 days before the check-in. In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to check-in, the owner has the right to withhold the advance.

HOUSE RULES:

Noise is not allowed from 11pm until 8am in the morning. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. Pets are not allowed.

BABY EQUIPMENT:

Baby cot and baby feeding chair available upon request.

CLEANING RULES:

Laundry services available upon request.Cleaning services available upon request.Clean sheets and linens once a week.
